These terms apply to all orders placed on stendigcalendars.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Stendig Calendars is operated by Tipo Designs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]).

Registered address: 47 Keeling House, Claredale St, London, E2 6PG, United Kingdom
Email: help@stendigcalendars.com

These terms apply to consumers. If you are buying for business purposes, such as wholesale or resale, please contact us for our wholesale terms, which apply instead.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, if we identify a pricing or product description error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we do, we will let you know and refund any amount you have paid in full.

Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations can occur between print runs. These variations are a normal characteristic of offset-printed products and do not constitute a fault.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market and include VAT or sales tax where we are required to collect it. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

If we discover a genuine pricing error in an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Estimates are not guaranteed, but if delivery is delayed by an event outside our control we will let you know and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.

The products become your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

If nobody is available to receive the delivery and the products are returned to us, we may charge the reasonable costs of redelivery, or cancel the order and refund you less our reasonable costs.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Where these are included in your order total or collected by us at checkout, this will be clearly shown. Where they are not, they are your responsibility and are payable to the carrier or customs authority on or before delivery. Refusing a delivery because of customs charges is treated as a cancellation under section 7, and any costs or unrecoverable charges we incur may be deducted from your refund.

Your right to cancel (UK and EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the products.

To cancel, email us at help@stendigcalendars.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your order number. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.

If you cancel:

  • You must return the products to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Our Returns Policy explains how.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless they are faulty or not as described.
  • We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the products back or receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a premium delivery option, we refund only the cost of our standard option.
  • Original delivery charges are refunded as required by law for UK and EU consumers exercising this cancellation right. For customers in other countries returning under our goodwill policy, we refund the product price only, and original delivery charges are not refunded.
  • We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products, for example if a calendar is returned with pages removed, marked, or hung.

This cancellation right is in addition to your legal rights if a product is faulty, described in section 8.

We extend a comparable goodwill returns period to customers in other countries. See our Returns Policy for details.

Returns outside the 14-day window. We may, at our discretion, accept returns after the 14-day period has expired. Any such return is a goodwill gesture, not an entitlement. If accepted, we will refund the product price only. Original delivery charges will not be refunded, return postage remains your responsibility, and the products must be returned unused and in resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods, which apply regardless of the 14-day window.

Faulty or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at help@stendigcalendars.com with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. We cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you are in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights where goods are faulty or not as described. If you are in the EU, you have a legal guarantee of at least two years under EU consumer law. Local mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but we are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs delays, industrial action, or extreme weather. If such an event substantially delays your order, you may cancel it and receive a full refund for undelivered products.

General

We may transfer our rights under these terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights. Each section of these terms operates separately; if any part is found unlawful, the rest remain in effect. These terms are between you and us, and no one else has rights to enforce them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
