Will I need to pay duties?
In most countries, we ship locally, meaning there are no import duties to pay. This applies to the following shipping destinations:
Australia
Canada
European Union
Hong Kong
Japan
New Zealand
Singapore
South Korea
Taiwan
United Kingdom
United States
If you are shipping outside of these countries, then there may be import duties that will need to be paid. These are not included in the price displayed at checkout, and are the responsbility of the customer.
Returns
What is your returns polcy?
Although we’re sure you’ll be delighted with your calendar, we are happy to accept returns for whatever reason for up to 14 days after it’s been delivered to you, for a full refund of the cost of the calendar (not including the cost of the outbound shipping). The cost of returning the item to us must be paid by you, and the item must be unused and in the same condition as sold.
