Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Stendig Calendar. Our returns policies differ slightly depending on where you live.
International (UK, EU and other countries outside the US)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
Once confirmed, you then have another 14 days to send it back.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unless the item is faulty, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it to us.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
United States
All sales are final unless the product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.
If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your calendar is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can put things right.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return (or confirmed a refund for a defective/damaged item), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds exclude the original shipping cost, and return shipping is your responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the process.
